What types of views can I have in the webinar room?
In the webinar room, you have several options to choose from regarding how you want to view the participants and how you want them to view you. To find and set your preferred option, click on the gear icon shown in the screenshot below. A menu will expand.
You can choose between two main view types:
- Speaker View – You see yourself as the main view.
- Gallery View – You see all the participants, including yourself, in a grid format.
Other options available to you include:
- Auto Expand/Collapse – This view is recommended if you want to show your viewers a presentation so that their faces are not displayed in the main window.
- Show to Participants – This option lets you choose whether you want the content to be shown to all participants or only to the presenters, excluding other attendees. Use it when you want to discuss something privately with your co-presenters.
- Show the Reactions – This option is enabled by default, but you can turn it off. It allows you and your participants to send emojis to the main window.
- Hide Video Streams, Audio Only – Use this when you do not want to see the audience but still want to hear them.
