There are few options you can choose from to manage file access to your Storage.
Storage can be accessed from the main view of your account. Once you log in to your LiveWebinar account, you will see a list on the left side of your view. A third position from the top is the Storage. If you click on it, you will be directed to the storage management window.
It is also possible to access your storage directly from the event room. This is a convenient option in a situation where you're running an event, and you'd like to access some of your stored files. If you wish to present any of them, you'll need to press on a + icon in the top-left corner of the widget. A list will unwind, where the Storage option can be found. This will direct you to the same management window as within the dashboard.
Storage manager allows dividing files into different folders as well as creating new ones. You can move them freely and change their names as well.
If you have any Sub-accounts, it is possible at this level to share selected files or folders with the selected Sub-accounts.
