What is the best practice for a technical test with a guest host? Should I duplicate the event for the test, or is it safe to enter the "real" event room a day early to test the presentation and audio/video?
It is perfectly safe to enter your real webinar room early for a technical rehearsal. However, if you prefer, you can duplicate the room to conduct your tests in a separate environment.
