How to add custom fileds to Certificates of Participation?

You can add custom fields (e.g., date of birth) to your Certificates of Participation.
Here’s how to set it up:

  1. Open your event → go to Certificates and click Edit on the certificate you want to update.
  2. In the right-hand menu, you’ll see a list of available Variables.
  3. Scroll to the Forms section and select the registration form whose custom fields you want to use (e.g., Date of Birth).
  4. Drag and drop the specific variable onto the certificate canvas, and position/resize it as needed.
  5. Click Save & Exit.

For everything to work correctly, the room needs to have a form connected in the Registration section and a certificate in the Engagement section.

That’s it! Your certificate will now include the selected custom field for each participant.
