How to add custom fileds to Certificates of Participation?
You can add custom fields (e.g., date of birth) to your Certificates of Participation.
Here’s how to set it up:
- Open your event → go to Certificates and click Edit on the certificate you want to update.
- In the right-hand menu, you’ll see a list of available Variables.
- Scroll to the Forms section and select the registration form whose custom fields you want to use (e.g., Date of Birth).
- Drag and drop the specific variable onto the certificate canvas, and position/resize it as needed.
- Click Save & Exit.
For everything to work correctly, the room needs to have a form connected in the Registration section and a certificate in the Engagement section.
That’s it! Your certificate will now include the selected custom field for each participant.
