FAQ -> Meetings & Webinars -> How do custom email templates work with different languages?
How do custom email templates work with different languages?
- If you are using the Custom Templates feature to personalize your outreach, you need to be mindful of language localization:
Language-Specific Content: You must manually define and save the message content for each language you wish to support within that template. - The Default Fallback: If a participant's language is set to a specific language (e.g., Spanish) but you have not defined a Spanish version for your custom template, the system will automatically send the Default version of that template.
