What are Mail templates and how to use them?
The function allows for customizing the content and appearance of emails, for example, with a thank you message for registration. With this function, you can create your own email templates and send them to your attendees.
To use Mail templates, go to Appearance section in the dashboard.
There are several email templates to choose from, depending on the usage that you need:
- Registration template
- Presenter invitation
- Registration reminder
- Attendee invitation
- Thank you
- Report
You can customize the content and appearance of emails, for example, by adding your logo, colors or background. You can also add text, photos or any information of your choice in the language you need.
Email templates feature is available as a paid Add-on for Pro and Business Plans. It is already included in the Business Plus Plan.
