How can I unsubscribe from an add-on?
You can unsubscribe from an add-on at any time by going to the billing page: https://app.livewebinar.com/billing
Click on "Manage" in the add-ons section. By moving the corresponding slider to the right or unchecking the add-on, you will remove it from your account.
To confirm, click "Check out" and confirm the cancellation of the transaction by clicking the "Set add-ons" button. This will automatically calculate the prorate and your add-on refund will be entered into your account balance.
