Cancelling Your Account

Did you decide to cancel your subscription? We’re sad to see you go and we hope you'll be back soon!

In the meantime, here's what canceling your subscription means:

  • The current plan will remain active until the end of the current subscription period.
  • We won't automatically charge you (until you turn on the subscription again).

To cancel your subscription, open your Profile Menu (in the upper right-hand corner of your screen), and go to the Subscription & Billing tab. Once there, click "Delete Account" (don't worry, this will not immediately delete your account).

Next, click "No thanks, I still want to cancel my subscription".

Once done, you can finally click on "Cancel Subscription".

Reactivate your subscription if you want to continue taking advantage of premium features.
