8 Ways to Automate LiveWebinar with Zapier

What is Zapier, actually?
Zapier is a web-based service that lets you connect two different applications together in order to automate tasks. To do this, you need to create Zap–which is simply a connection between two apps–and specify the trigger and action that should happen.

Integrate your webinars with appointment scheduling software
...to make sure your attendees can book time with you in advance. This may be crucial for quite a few reasons – maybe you want to offer private consultations, or perhaps there’s just too many people attending your webinars for you to be able to talk to everyone individually.
There are two options that our integration offers:
#1 Create new registered attendees in LiveWebinar from new bookings on GoSchedule
When a new booking is scheduled in GoSchedule, creating a new registrant in LiveWebinar is automatically triggered thanks to that integration. More info and templates can be found here.
#2 Create webinars in LiveWebinar from new Calendly invitees
Once active, this zap automatically creates a webinar in LiveWebinar as soon as a new Calendly booking is created. When an invitee schedules an event it triggers action – creating a new webinar at LiveWebinar. You can try this template by clicking here.
Both options are extremely helpful and will save you a lot of time that you would otherwise spend on manually creating webinars or copying data over from one application to another.
