The past year has been an energizing and inspiring time for the LiveWebinar team. We had the opportunity to support and co-create several major conferences and industry events — stepping in as a technology partner and providing the tools that helped thousands of people connect online. Each event allowed us to meet incredible experts, partners, and innovators who share our mission: making online communication meaningful, accessible, and engaging.
I ❤️Marketing & Technology Conference
One of this season’s highlights was the I ❤️ Marketing & Technology Conference, celebrating its 20th edition — a true milestone for one of Poland’s most established marketing events. This year’s jubilee edition took place in Poznań (October 29–30, 2025) and brought together thousands of marketing professionals, entrepreneurs, and tech enthusiasts at the Poznań Congress Center.
As the official technology partner, we were delighted to provide the digital platform that connected speakers, attendees, and partners throughout this dynamic event.
For this special milestone, the organizers combined conference, training, and expo formats to offer even more value — six thematic conferences, two open stages, and three expo areas dedicated to marketing & e‑commerce, HR, and work & education. The result? A vibrant mix of learning, collaboration, and inspiration.
Our team was also present in the Expo Zone, where we hosted live demos, exchanged insights, and had dozens of inspiring conversations about how LiveWebinar simplifies and enhances online events, training sessions, and webinars.
The atmosphere at I ❤️ Marketing & Technology was truly electric — full of creativity, curiosity, and enthusiasm for the future of marketing and tech. Inspired by this energy, we brought along something special for our community: the LiveWebinar Magazine, thoughtfully designed for our users.
Inside, readers can find success stories, expert tips, and actionable insights to help them get the most out of their webinars and online meetings. Whether you’re new to LiveWebinar or a long‑time user, we hope these pages spark fresh ideas and inspiration.
We left Poznań energized and proud to have contributed to such an important chapter in this conference’s history.
SLUSH 2025 – Helsinki
In November, part of our team joined Slush 2025 — one of Europe’s most dynamic and influential technology gatherings, held in Helsinki from November 19–21. Despite the cold Nordic weather, the energy inside the venue was unbelievable! The fast pace, bold ideas, and sheer concentration of innovation made Slush a one‑of‑a‑kind experience and a true showcase of the European tech scene.
This global meeting of innovators, investors, and entrepreneurs was also a fantastic opportunity to present Poland as a thriving ecosystem for innovation and global growth. We were particularly proud of the strong Pomeranian representation this year! Through local collaboration and creativity, our region once again demonstrated its potential on the international stage.
Together with InvestGDA, the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH), and Invest in Pomerania, we joined the official Polish delegation to promote Poland as the perfect base for globally ambitious startups. We also had the honor of presenting LiveWebinar during “Borderland Goes Slush 2025” (organized by PAIH) and connecting with fantastic startups and innovation partners during the networking dinner “Pomerania Rocks at Slush.”
The trip, supported by Startup Harbour and the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park Gdynia, brought together a powerful group of startup leaders — all united by one mission: to show the world that Pomerania stands for creativity, progress, and global potential.
Raynet CRM Partner Conference – Ostrava
Another stop took us to Ostrava, Czechia, where on August 20, 2025, we had the pleasure of taking part in the Raynet CRM Partner Conference. More than just a business gathering, it felt like a true celebration of partnership, sharing, and collaboration.
The event, hosted by Raynet CRM — the leading CRM platform in the Czech and Slovak markets, now expanding dynamically into Poland — brought together an inspiring community of partners and innovators. We were proud to represent LiveWebinar as the only non‑CRM technology platform among the guests, highlighting the strength of our partnership and our shared mission: helping businesses communicate more effectively and build meaningful, lasting relationships.
Our main takeaway from Ostrava was simple but powerful: technology is essential, but people make the real difference. Every conversation reminded us that behind every successful system stands trust, understanding, and teamwork.
We left Ostrava energized and optimistic — convinced that the future belongs to companies that blend great technology with authentic human connection. A huge thank‑you to the Raynet team for your hospitality and the many inspiring discussions. We’re already excited for what comes next!
Fashion_PL Conference
Another unforgettable experience from our recent journey was the Fashion_PL Conference, organized by Niebieski Lis. The event brought together professionals and creatives from the worlds of fashion and digital marketing to explore how smart online strategies can elevate brand presence and foster authentic engagement.
As the official technology partner, LiveWebinar is proud to ensure a smooth, interactive experience for all participants. Our very own Maciej Biegajewski took the stage with a powerful talk, “Webinars in the Age of AI,” where he shared hands‑on insights into how artificial intelligence is transforming live communication and reshaping the role of webinars in modern marketing.
The day was bursting with creativity, great conversations, and fresh ideas — a perfect showcase of how technology and fashion can work hand in hand to create something truly innovative.
Port Idei
To round off an inspiring year of events, we also took part in the three editions of Port Idei, held in Elbląg. These meetings brought together local entrepreneurs, innovators, and creative professionals to talk about technology, business, and marketing in an open, friendly atmosphere.
The evening combined insightful presentations with practical discussions on branding, accessibility, and artificial intelligence — showing how ideas, people, and technology can shape the future together.
After the main program, participants continued conversations during an informal networking meet‑up in Elbląg’s Old Town. It was another great example of how collaboration and community spirit drive innovation.
Looking Ahead
From Poznań to Helsinki, Ostrava, and beyond, the past few months reminded us of what we value most — collaboration, creativity, and meaningful connections. Each event reaffirmed our mission at LiveWebinar: to make communication seamless, human, and inspiring.
And we’re just getting started!
